Integrations
Connect to your data anywhere using prebuilt components in Dolphyn.
- Production databases: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
- Cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
- Internal & 3rd party APIs: REST APIs
- Cloud storage: S3, Google Cloud Storage
Whenever a query is made, the data is never stored on Dolphyn's servers because Dolphyn acts as a proxy for your queries, meaning your customer data is always safe.
For integrations such as databases and warehouses, Dolphyn needs to be able to connect to your data. Make sure that the instance is publicly accessible and add IP 34.148.181.232 to your Allowlist if necessary.
If you are using the On-Premise Agent then no customer data ever flows to Dolphyn, it stays secure in your VPC.
You can add integrations in one of two ways:
Method 1: Using the / command menu on a page
On any page in the workspace, open the
/ menu and start typing the name of your integration, eg. /postgres. Or you can type /data to see a list of all available connections.

Through the sidebar, navigate to
Integrations, create a new page, and select your desired connection.
See the specific integration page for further details on how to set up the integration and how to access it throughout the workspace.
When you create a new integration, we securely store your credentials, and they become accessible throughout your workspace.
Note: when at the time of saving the credentials, any running experiment pods will be restarted in order to access them.
